I completed my extensive training in San Diego with a background in Eastern and Western practices. My practice of therapeutic massage has developed from different modalities of bodywork. I studied Cranio-Sacral Therapy with the Upledger Insititute in Big Sur, and became a teaching assistant in several of their workshops.  There I learned to blend light touch and intuitive energy.  I have also studied the Paul St. John method of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy, learing the science and applying specific techinques which release chronic pain and holding patterns.

My experiences range from working as a staff therapist at an exclusive Atheletic Club, to working with a "doula", providing comforting and therapeutic massage during pregnancys.  I taught as a massage professional in San Diego for 16 years sharing my experiences in the understanding of massage, human anatomy and movement.
